For clinics
From search to seen.
Websites, online booking, Google profiles, ads and tracking for dental, medical and health clinics. I bring 13 years of experience in healthcare, across different roles. I build and run it myself, and every account stays in the clinic’s name.

What clinic owners ask me to fix
These are often connected. When bookings are not counted where they happen, the agency’s report and the front desk’s calendar will not agree.
The Book button goes to the wrong place.
We cannot tell which bookings and calls came from the website or the ads.
Our agency’s numbers do not match the front desk.
We are not sure what we are allowed to say.
The site is slow on phones.
Our Google listing is a mess.
Booking
Booking, done properly
A patient who has decided to book can still be lost between the Book button and the calendar. This is usually where I start.
Booking links straight to each practitioner and service
A patient who wants a particular practitioner or treatment lands on that calendar in one tap, not on a search through the whole clinic.
The next real openings, on your ad pages
Where the booking system allows it, a patient sees when they could actually be seen, before they decide.
Online bookings and calls, counted
In Analytics and Google Ads, so you know which bookings came from search, the site or an ad, and your ads learn from bookings, not clicks.
Online booking switched on properly, practitioner by practitioner
Every setting that can hide a practitioner’s times is checked in the booking system itself, so nobody shows an empty calendar by mistake.
Every account in the clinic’s name
The website, domain, Google profile, Analytics and ad account belong to the clinic, and your agency gets the access it needs and no more.
Wording
Written to your college’s rules. You approve every word.
Before I write for your clinic, I read the advertising standard your college sets: what you can call yourself, what you can promise, and how testimonials and logos can be used. Nothing goes live until you have approved it.
- Endorphins: read the caseThe colleges named in plain text instead of shown as logos.
- PhysioMax: read the caseOutcome claims removed, and a service the clinic does not offer taken down, with a redirect.

The kinds of words I flag. Your college’s standard decides what stays.

See what each includesQuestions clinic owners ask
If yours is not here, ask me on the call.
Do I own everything?
Yes. The domain, hosting, website, Google profile, Analytics, ad account and booking system stay in the clinic’s name, and you pay those bills directly. If you ever move on, there is nothing to hand back.
Can you work alongside my agency?
Yes. Your agency gets the access it needs and no more. At Endorphins, I wrote a briefing for the owner and the agency, and every account stayed in the clinic’s name.
Do you need patient information?
No. The website work does not need it, and patient information never goes into AI tools. Bookings are counted by source, without names or health details.
Which booking systems do you work with?
Jane, and others. I learn your booking system before I change anything.
A booking system that cannot report bookings itself can usually still be counted, with a confirmation page and call tracking.
Do you work with dental and medical clinics?
Yes. The path from a search to a booked appointment is much the same: a Google profile that shows up, a site that makes the choice easy, booking that works on the first tap, and bookings counted by source.
The clinics on this page are a multidisciplinary clinic, a physiotherapy clinic and my own practice. For a dental or medical clinic, I read your college’s standard and learn your systems before I change anything.
Do you guarantee more patients?
No, and no one honestly can. I measure what happens and report real bookings by source, so you can judge the work for yourself.
Tell me where patients get lost. I will tell you what I would fix first.
Book a 20-minute call and tell me what is not working. If you would rather see the whole picture first, start with the website check: its cost comes off any work within 60 days.
